2.3 Accuracy of Information

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

fb678 reserves the right to verify a user's identity, age, or payment method at any time if required. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported at fb678: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Deposits via methods outside this list are not accepted.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

fb678 offers new players a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Depositing ৳14,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, making the total balance ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The welcome bonus has a wagering requirement of 25 times, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). For example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• The same player may not claim bonuses through multiple accounts.
• The bonus applies only to players making their first deposit.
• fb678 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is available only after the wagering conditions are met.
• If any suspicious bonus use or abuse is detected, fb678 may void the bonus and any associated winnings.

6. Gaming Rules

The fb678 platform offers slots, live casino, cricket and various other sports betting, and other gaming options. Each game operates under its own rules, which are described in detail within the game.

For sports betting, fb678 reserves the right to suspend or void any market at any time, particularly in the event of match cancellation, postponement, or technical issues. fb678 reserves the right to cancel any bet that was incorrectly processed due to a technical error.

The data held on the game provider's server is final and binding in determining gaming results. Wins or losses that occur during a technical fault are subject to review.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fb678 platform:

• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Manipulating the bonus system or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or unintended advantage in the gaming software.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games or place bets.

• Any fraudulent activity intended to cause harm to other players.

8. Account Suspension & Closure Policy

• If suspicious or unusual activity is detected on the account.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• If bonus abuse is identified.

fb678 will review and communicate its decision regarding the return of any legitimate balance (excluding bonuses) remaining in a permanently closed account.
